Twilight Margin is a creative archive featuring atmospheric photography and dark fiction exploring liminal spaces, dreams, and the hours between light and shadow.

The Journey

I started writing over 20 years ago during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), driven by stories that demanded to be told. After a 15-year creative hiatus, vivid and unsettling dreams pulled me back to creating. That need to capture what happens in the darker hours reignited my passion for photography, painting, and writing.

The Work

Photography: My images explore transitional moments—twilight, frost-covered landscapes, empty spaces, and the quiet beauty found in between-states. Each photograph captures the mood and mystery of liminal spaces.

Writing: This archive contains both dream transcriptions and fiction inspired by liminal logic. Some pieces are vivid dreams written down as faithfully as possible. Others are dark fiction and horror stories where nothing quite makes sense, but everything feels true. I've also included polished stories from my early writing days—rougher works that deserved to exist beyond forgotten hard drives.

Poetry: Occasional poems exploring darkness, transformation, and the spaces we inhabit between definitions.

Current Projects

Following the spirit of NaNoWriMo, I'm returning to a fantasy novel I began nearly 20 years ago. The manuscript now spans 300 pages. I may finish it, share excerpts here, or continue adding dreams and stories as they emerge.

This is where my creative work lives—photography and words from the darker hours, all exploring what exists between light and shadow.
